Section 36-1-103 - Computation of Time After Registered Notice

36-1-103. Computation of time after registered notice. When the provisions of this act or the rules and regulations of the board require registered notice to be given, the time shall be reckoned from the date of delivery of such notice by the United States post office, or in the event of nondelivery thereof, from the date of the return thereof to the board by the United States post office.
