36-2-202. Certified copies of papers to be sent to court; docket fee. When a contest or other proceeding is reserved and ordered sent to a district court, the director shall transmit certified copies of all the papers in the case in his possession and in his office to the clerk of the said district court and the board of land commissioners shall determine who shall pay the docket fee in the district court.
