36-2-203. When issues made up before removal. If the issues in said reserved contest or proceeding have been made up before the same shall have been removed, then in that case the said contest or proceeding when so removed shall be deemed ready for hearing; provided, however, that the judge of said district court may grant amendments to the pleadings already filed.
