Section 36-4-102 - Advisory Board

36-4-102. Advisory board. (a) There is established an advisory board consisting of one (1) member from each county to be appointed by the governor and to serve for a term of two (2) years. The governor may remove any board member as provided in W.S. 9-1-202. (b) The president of the commission shall serve as the chairman of the advisory board. The advisory board shall meet at the call of the president of the commission or the governor.
