36-4-109. Contracts and agreements with United States for improvements and maintenance. The department, in consultation with the commission, is authorized to enter into contracts and agreements with the United States or any duly authorized representative or agency thereof to cause state outdoor recreation areas and facilities to be improved and maintained and for that purpose may contract to secure the labor of members of organizations under the control of the federal government or some duly authorized representative or agency thereof.
