36-8-204. Officers, agents and employees. The commission may select and appoint such officers, agents and employees as it may deem proper. All such officers, agents and employees shall have such powers and duties, shall hold office for such term and be subject to removal in such manner, and shall receive such compensation as the commission shall prescribe and determine.
