36-8-207. Authority to maintain and operate program. In order to maintain and operate a recreational area and facilities program in Yellowstone National Park, the Wyoming Yellowstone Park commission (hereinbefore created) is hereby authorized and empowered to acquire, lease, license, improve, extend, reconstruct, maintain, repair and operate said project (as herein defined), and to issue revenue bonds of the commission payable solely from revenues and funds of the commission, to pay the cost of the project.
