36-8-310. Rules and regulations; publication and distribution. All rules and regulations adopted by the department of state parks and cultural resources for the government of the Big Horn Hot Springs State Park shall be published in pamphlet form and distributed to all officers and persons by law entitled to receive them, and to all lessees upon the state park.
