36-9-115. Determination of claims; rules and regulations against fraud. The board of land commissioners may hear and determine the claims of each person who may claim to be entitled, in whole or in part, to any lands owned by this state. The decisions of the board shall be final until set aside by a court of competent jurisdiction. The board may establish such rules and regulations as in its opinion may be proper to prevent fraudulent applications being granted.
