37-12-105. Unlawful riding on railroad trains; penalty. Every person violating the provisions of 32-818 [ 37-12-104] shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not less than five dollars ($5.00), nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not less than ten (10) days, nor more than six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
