37-12-126. Failure to yield telephone for reporting emergencies; definitions. (a) In W.S. 37-12-126 through 37-12-130 unless the context otherwise requires: (i) 'Party line' means a subscriber's line telephone circuit, consisting of two (2) or more main telephone stations connected therewith, each station with a distinctive ring or telephone number; (ii) 'Emergency' means a situation in which property or human life is in jeopardy and the prompt summoning of aid is essential.
