Section 37-2-124 - Records Open to Inspection by Public; Exceptions

37-2-124. Records open to inspection by public; exceptions. All reports, records and accounts in the possession of the commission shall be open to inspection by the public at all times except as otherwise provided in this act or as ordered by the commission and under rules prescribed by the commission.
