37-2-212. Orders to be in writing; opinions to be published. Every order of the commission shall be in writing and in cases of importance may be accompanied by an opinion setting forth in brief the facts on which the commission has based its order. The commission shall provide for the publication from time to time and for the assembling of its opinions and orders.
