37-2-217. Jurisdiction. All provisions of the laws of this state prescribing the duties and jurisdiction of the courts thereof shall apply to this act, and in addition it shall be the duty of the district court of the county in which the commission has its principal office to entertain and determine all actions commenced under the provisions of this act, or of any order of the commission by mandamus, or by injunctions, or by any other appropriate remedy.
