Section 37-5-507 - Authority Not Subject to the Public Service Commission

37-5-507. Authority not subject to the public service commission. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the authority and the authority's fees, rates, rental and other charges shall not be subject to the supervision, regulation, control or jurisdiction of the public service commission.
