37-9-205. Plats of survey to be filed. The secretary of state is hereby authorized to transfer to the office of the director all plats of survey which may have been filed in the office of the secretary of state under the provisions of W.S. 37-9-203 and 37-9-204, and from and after the passage of this section all plats of survey required to be filed under the provisions of the sections aforesaid shall be filed with the director instead of with the secretary of state.
