Section 4-10-520 - Limitations on Qualified Trust Property

4-10-520. Limitations on qualified trust property. (a) The provisions of W.S. 4-10-510 through 4-10-523, do not apply in any respect to: (i) Any person to whom a settlor is indebted on account of an agreement or order of court for the payment of support in favor of the settlor's children if the settlor is in default by thirty (30) or more days of making a payment pursuant to the agreement or order; (ii) A financial institution with which the settlor has listed qualified trust property on the financial institution's application or financial statement used to obtain or maintain credit from the financial institution other than for the benefit of the qualified spendthrift trust; or (iii) Property of a qualified spendthrift trust that was transferred to the trust by a settlor who received the property by a fraudulent transfer as defined by the Wyoming Fraudulent Transfers Act.

4-10-520. Limitations on qualified trust property.
