40-10-130. Declarations of unit price on random weight packages. In addition to the declarations required by W.S. 40-10-128, any package in a lot containing random weights of the same commodity shall include on the outside of the package a plain and conspicuous declaration of the price per pound or kilogram and the total selling price of the package, at the time it is offered or exposed for sale at retail.
