Section 40-10-133 - Criminal Penalties

40-10-133. Criminal penalties. Any person who commits any of the acts enumerated in W.S. 40-10-132 is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon a first conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for not more than three (3) months, or both. Upon a subsequent conviction within any five (5) year period, he shall be punished by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) or by imprisonment for up to six (6) months, or both.
