40-12-114. Effect on other remedies. This act shall not prohibit actions under other statutory or common-law provisions against conduct or practices similar to those declared to be unlawful by W.S. 40-12-105. However, the remedies provided in this act are the exclusive remedies for actions brought pursuant to this act.
