40-23-132. Report to the registry. The commissioner shall regularly report violations of this act, as well as enforcement actions and other relevant information, to the registry subject to the provisions contained in W.S. 40-23-112. The commissioner shall establish by rule a process where a mortgage loan originator may challenge information entered into the registry by the commissioner.
