Section 40-26-106 - Entry Into Neighborhood

40-26-106. Entry into neighborhood. A person may not, for profit, induce or attempt to induce another to sell or rent a dwelling by representations regarding the entry or prospective entry into a neighborhood of an individual of a particular race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin.
