40-26-126. Charge. (a) A charge issued under W.S. 40-26-125 shall consist of a short and plain statement of the facts on which the enforcing authority finds reasonable cause to believe that a discriminatory housing practice has occurred or is about to occur, shall be based on the final investigative report, and is not limited to the facts or grounds alleged in the complaint. (b) Within three (3) days after issuing a charge, the enforcing authority shall send a copy of the charge with information about the election under W.S. 40-26-130 to each respondent and each aggrieved person on whose behalf the complaint was filed. (c) The enforcing authority shall include with a charge sent to a respondent a notice of the opportunity for a hearing under W.S. 40-26-131.
