40-26-142. Intervention by attorney general. The attorney general may intervene in an action under W.S. 40-26-139 through 40-26-143 if the attorney general certifies that the case is of general public importance. The attorney general may obtain the same relief as is available to the attorney general under W.S. 40-26-137(b).
