Section 40-3-123 - Limitation of Actions

40-3-123. Limitation of actions. No action shall be maintained to enforce any liability created under this act unless brought before the expiration of three (3) years after the act or transaction constituting the violation or the expiration of one (1) year after the discovery by the plaintiff of the fact constituting the violation.
