41-10-103. Establishment of districts; jurisdiction of board of county commissioners. (a) The board of county commissioners for any county in this state is hereby vested with the jurisdiction, power and authority to establish districts. (b) The board of county commissioners in which the petition for the organization of a district has been filed shall thereafter for all purposes of this act maintain and have original and exclusive jurisdiction as to any and all proceedings concerning the district coextensive with the boundaries of the district and of the territory which may be proposed to be included in the district and of the property proposed to be included in the district or affected by the district. (c) Repealed by Laws 1983, ch. 176, 2.
