41-3-207. Rights of owner; right to divert and use. The owners of foreign water may divert and use in priority order, all available water in said stream channel to which such owner may be lawfully entitled under any Wyoming appropriation to the same extent and under the same conditions as if such owner had not acquired any such foreign water.
