41-3-608. Commissioners; reports. (a) All water commissioners, when on duty, shall make reports whenever called upon to do so, by the division superintendent of their division. Said reports shall contain the following information: (i) The amount of water actually coming into the district to supply ditches, canals and reservoirs; (ii) Whether such supply is on the increase or decrease; (iii) What ditches, canals and reservoirs are at that time without their proper supply; and (iv) Such other and further information as the division superintendent of that division may require.
