Section 41-3-610 - Commissioners; Authority and Duties of Substitute

41-3-610. Commissioners; authority and duties of substitute. The substitute commissioner shall thereby be invested with the authority and duties possessed by the disqualified commissioner as to the portion of the stream in which the conflict of interest or prejudice is involved, subject to the same rights of appeal as are provided in other cases.
