Section 41-3-720 - Power of District Court

41-3-720. Power of district court. The district court sitting in and for any county in this state, or any judge thereof in vacation is hereby vested with jurisdiction, power and authority when the conditions stated in W.S. 41-3-721 are found to exist, to establish water conservancy districts which may be entirely within or partly within and partly without the judicial district in which said court is located, for conserving, developing and stabilizing supplies of water for domestic, transportation, industrial, manufacturing, irrigation, power, recreation, and other beneficial uses as herein provided.
