41-4-205. State board of control; additional fees. (a) The secretary of the board of control shall collect fees, not to exceed the following which shall be paid in advance, and turned over to the state treasurer: (i) For making copies of the records of the board of control or of papers or documents filed with the board, ten dollars ($10.00) for each page; (ii) For attaching certificate and seal of the board to each document or documents requested, ten dollars ($10.00).
