41-4-304. Notice; all claimants to be notified. In issuing notices to claimants in priority adjudications of the waters of any stream and its tributaries, as provided in W.S. 41-4-305, all parties named in claiming the waters of said stream or tributaries in said transcript shall be notified by mail.
