41-7-716. Revenue from sale of power to be determined. Upon the levy of any assessment to a person thereof, as provided in this act, the board of commissioners shall ascertain the total net revenue which has been derived by the district from the generation and sale and distribution of electric power since the levy of the last previous assessment or portion thereof.
