41-7-856. Order of court authorizing change. If the court at the hearing so petitioned for, noticed, and held, shall decide the issues in favor of the petitioners, the court shall enter an order approving and confirming the petition, amend the name of said irrigation district to show that it is also a public power district, and authorize said district to have and receive all of the rights, powers and authority of a 'public power district' in addition to all of the rights, powers and authority given to and enjoyed by it as an irrigation district under the laws of the state of Wyoming.
