41-8-103. Formation. Watershed improvement districts may be formed as subdistricts of conservation districts as herein provided for the development and execution of plans and projects relating to any of the purposes set forth in W.S. 41-8-102. The conservation district in which such subdistricts are formed shall cooperate, advise and consult with the state conservation commission in matters pertaining to the organization, operation and maintenance of the watershed improvement district.
