Section 42-4-101 - Short Title

42-4-101. Short title. This chapter may be cited as the 'Wyoming Medical Assistance and Services Act'. The program and services provided pursuant to this chapter and Title XIX of the federal Social Security Act may be cited as 'Medicaid' or the 'Medicaid program'.
