Section 42-4-108 - Administrative Hearings

42-4-108. Administrative hearings. In accordance with the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, the department shall provide opportunity for a hearing to any individual denied medical assistance under this chapter or otherwise aggrieved by the administration of this chapter.
