Section 5-1-105 - Salaries of Justices of Supreme Court and Judges of District Courts

5-1-105. Salaries of justices of supreme court and judges of district courts. Subject to the provisions of article 5, section 17 of the Wyoming constitution as amended, the justices of the supreme court and the judges of the district court shall receive annual salaries as provided by law which shall be paid in monthly installments at the end of each month, and upon request, the state auditor shall draw warrants upon the state treasurer accordingly, in favor of said justices and judges.
