Section 5-12-101 - Short Title; Court Supervised Treatment

5-12-101. Short title; court supervised treatment. (a) This act shall be known as and may be cited as the 'Court Supervised Treatment Programs Act.' (b) Any district, juvenile, circuit, municipal or tribal court judge or circuit court magistrate may act as a participating judge in a court supervised treatment program established pursuant to this act.
