Section 5-2-106 - Quorum

5-2-106. Quorum. A majority of the justices of the supreme court shall be necessary to constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. If there shall not be a quorum of the justices present on the first day of any adjourned or regular term of the supreme court, the court shall stand adjourned from day to day, until a quorum shall be present, and the said court may, there being a quorum present, adjourn from time to time to any date deemed proper.
