5-2-117. Rules and forms governing pleading, practice and procedure in all courts; appointment and duties of advisory committee. The supreme court shall appoint an advisory committee to make recommendations from time to time with respect to pleading, practice and procedure. Such committee shall hold hearings upon proposed rules in such manner and upon such notice as the supreme court prescribes and report to the court from time to time such recommendations as it deems proper.
