Section 5-2-123 - Supreme Court Budget Submittal

5-2-123. Supreme court budget submittal. The supreme court shall submit standard and supplemental budget requests to the legislature not later than November 1 of the year preceding the fiscal year in which the standard or supplemental budget is to take effect. Subject to W.S. 9-2-1003.1(d), the supreme court shall prepare all personal services budget requests using the same methods and practices as the executive branch.
