5-3-109. Expenses of judges when acting in another district or circuit. The expenses of any district judge holding court in any district other than his own or in any circuit court pursuant to assignment under W.S. 5-9-131, including his traveling expenses to and from said district or circuit, and his expenses while holding court therein, shall be charged to the contingent fund of the court in whose district he is so holding court or to the contingent fund of the circuit court in whose circuit he is so holding court pursuant to assignment under W.S. 5-9-131.
