Section 5-3-203 - Vacation of Office; Filling of Vacancies

5-3-203. Vacation of office; filling of vacancies. The office of the clerk of the district court shall be deemed vacated under the circumstances provided by W.S. 22-18-101. Any vacancy in the office of the clerk of the district court shall be filled as provided by W.S. 22-18-111.
