Section 5-3-311 - Office of Commissioner and Clerk Declared Incompatible

5-3-311. Office of commissioner and clerk declared incompatible. The office of district court commissioner and clerk of the district court are hereby declared to be incompatible and no person shall occupy the office of district court commissioner who is at the same time a clerk of the district court, or is a county clerk in counties wherein such clerk is ex officio clerk of court.
