5-6-102. Municipal judges; number; jurisdiction. Judges of municipal courts are termed municipal judges. The number of municipal judges shall be prescribed by ordinance of each incorporated city or town. The jurisdiction of municipal judges shall be as prescribed either by special charter of the incorporated city or town, by general law of the incorporated city or town, or by general law of the state. 5-6-102.
