5-6-105. Bond. A municipal judge shall give a bond to the municipality for which he is appointed in an amount provided by ordinance of the city or town. The bond shall be conditioned on the performance of his duties in accordance with law and ordinance of the city including the duty to turn over to the parties entitled or as prescribed by ordinance of the city all monies collected by him by virtue of his office. 5-6-105.
