5-9-108. Name of court; presider. The circuit court shall be called the 'Circuit Court of the .... (Number of the Judicial District) Judicial District, .... (Name of County) County, State of Wyoming' which shall be a court of record. The circuit court shall be presided over by a circuit judge.
