Section 5-9-109 - Term of Judges

5-9-109. Term of judges. The terms of circuit court judges shall be four (4) years. Each judge selected under the provisions of article 5, section 4, of the Wyoming Constitution shall serve for one (1) year after his appointment and until the first Monday in January following the next general election after the expiration of such year. He shall, at such general election, stand for retention in office throughout the circuit as provided in article 5, section 4, of the Wyoming Constitution.
