5-9-122. Budget. The supreme court shall submit one (1) budget for the operation of all circuit courts, itemized by circuit, to the legislature for appropriation for each biennial period using forms and following procedures provided by law for state agencies funded by legislative appropriation. The supreme court shall submit the circuit courts' budget in the same manner as provided for the supreme court budget in W.S. 5-2-123.
